Job Details:
Chemical Engineering Research Associate
Role:
As a Chemical Engineering Research Associate, this individual will be responsible for supporting the R&D team to develop new products. This would include research, formulations, strategic tactics, technical support, statistical analysis, data analysis, visualizations, and other value add products.
Qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree is required. PH.D is highly desired
- 4+ years of prior hands on experience within the chemical industry
- Prior experience with research, analytics, statistics, and scale-up
- Must be able to communicate with all levels of employees across several disciplines; strong communication skills
- Ability to lead large projects as well as lead people associated to those projects
Compensation:
A competitive compensation package will be available for this position including a base salary, 10% bonus, as well as medical, dental, vision, a GREAT 401K, vacation and sick time, paid holidays, floating holidays, etc.
Working Situation:
This is an onsite position with some flexibility.
