Accounting Manager

My client is global company that is experiencing continuous growth and is looking to hire an Accounting Manager. The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations, financial reporting, and compliance activities of the company. In this role, you will lead and supervise a team of senior and staff accountants.
Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage accounting activities, including financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
- Lead the monthly and quarterly closing processes, preparing financial statements, and maintaining a strong internal control environment.
- Manage the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors to provide necessary documents, answer queries, and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
- Oversee the preparation and filing of regulatory reports and disclosures, including SEC filings (such as 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K).
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency, accuracy, and consistency of financial processes.
- Maintain effective communication with senior management, audit committee, and external stakeholders including regulatory agencies, investors, and financial institutions.
