Job Duties & Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Architecture Degree
- Minimum of 8-15+ years of experience as an Architect working on New York City School Construction Authority (NYCSCA) projects is a must.
- Proficient with AutoCAD.
- Experience working on construction documents, schematic designs, and design developments.
- Review production drawings and specifications
- Shop Drawings review & process.
- Knowledge of building materials and construction methods and codes and regulations.
- Team player with good communication skills.
