Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in HVAC construction projects
- Overseeing construction projects from start to finish
- Ensuring that construction activities move according to project schedule
- Communicating effectively with clients, other contractors and subcontractors
- Coordinating the efforts of all parties involved in the project including Engineers, Contractors, Sub-contractors, Vendors and Technicians
- Maintaining strict adherence to quality and safety standards
- Attending project and coordination meetings
- Maintaining and ensuring that all project documentation is complete
