Finance Manager - Financial Firm
Compensation:
$90-110k + bonus
As the Finance Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations of an organization. You will analyze financial data, monitor investment portfolios, and make financial decisions that affect the company's financial performance. The job of a finance manager also includes creating financial reports, forecasts, and budgets, as well as advising senior management on the financial implications of business decisions.
The Finance Manager will also be responsible for negotiating contracts, managing cash flow, and overseeing the organization's payroll and accounting procedures. Additionally, they work closely with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to provide financial support and guidance in achieving company goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA a plus
- 5+ years’ experience working in a high‐volume, high‐pressure environment involving the use of advanced spreadsheet functions, data bases, and reporting tools.
- Experience working for a large public accounting firm, or experience working for a large company performing financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting.
