Senior Financial Analyst - Financial Firm - Dallas, TX
Compensation:
$80-90k + bonus
A Senior Financial analyst is responsible for analyzing financial information and preparing reports for management.
Responsibilities:

Analyzing financial data and preparing reports on financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profit and loss statements.

Providing financial forecasts and projections to help guide business decisions.

Identifying trends and opportunities for improvement in financial performance.

Developing financial models to support business strategy and financial planning.

Conducting research and analyzing financial information to identify emerging trends in the industry.

Supporting the development of annual budgets and financial plans.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insight and analysis.

Providing recommendations for improving financial performance based on data analysis.

Presenting financial information and analysis to senior management and stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, a senior financial analyst must have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner. They should also possess a deep understanding of financial principles and be able to work independently or as part of a team. A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is typically required, along with several years of experience in financial analysis or reporting. Advanced excel skills and experience with financial modeling tools are also highly desirable.
