Project Management Analyst- Law Firm
90-110K, Hybrid.
Liberty Personnel is partnered with a Top AM Law firm seeking to add a Project Management Analyst to their team.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain matter budgets and pricing scenarios in collaboration with partners and pricing teams.
- Analyze historical data, staffing patterns, and financial performance to inform pricing strategies and fee proposals.
- Prepare dashboards and reports for attorneys, practice groups, and firm leadership.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce inefficiencies across practice areas.
- Assist with scoping, budgeting, and reporting for client RFPs, pitches, and fee arrangements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in business, finance, project management, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in legal operations, project management, financial analysis, consulting, or a law firm/business services environment
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, including proficiency with Excel and data tools.
