Customer Engineering Service Technician
My client is looking to expand their team in Maine.
As the Customer Engineering Service Tech you will be primarily responsible for maintaining equipment for the company. In addition provide key customer contact throughout the contract with the client.
Responsibilities include:
- Regularly maintain gas delivery systems
- Assist on Bulk tank installations and removals
- Maintain inventory
- Perform maintenance service calls to ensure customer installations are running effectively

Provide key customer contact throughout the life of a Bulk installation contract, including discussing with the customer areas where the company can help them increase the efficiency of their processes
- Manage subcontractors
- Track time and materials on work
- Adhere to gas monitoring and man down requirements
- Follow company safety policies, procedures, and goals
- Provide revenue generating services on site as needed
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma and/or a technical degree specifically in electrical, mechanical or refrigeration
- Previous experience in an industrial environment
- Mechanical aptitude or previous hands on experience
- Strong previous experience in electrical and mechanical areas including but not limited to: soldering, refrigeration, pipe fitting
- Basic computer skills
- Previous experience working with CO2 and/or cryogenic
