Senior Interior Designer (Project Manager)
Well respected and national Architectural Firm has an office in the Philadelphia suburbs and is looking for someone who is looking to utilize their creativity and experience. Position is full time/permanent with outstanding medical, dental, 401k, quarterly bonuses, and limitless upward mobility.
Job Duties and Requirements:
- BS in Interior Design or related.
- 10+ years’ experience as an Interior Designer for a Firm that specializes in designing hospitals and healthcare projects.
- Proficient with Revit or AutoCAD.
- Ability to take a project from start to finish.
- Follow up with client to ensure design specifications have been met.
- Enhance the function, safety, and aesthetics of interior spaces
- Select samples, including flooring, carpet, and paint to be approved by client.
- Read and interpret blueprints.
- Draw up floor plans and sketches
- Submit drawings for approval by a construction inspector.
