Senior Property Accountant - Real Estate Company - Philadelphia suburbs - $70-100k
Growing real estate organization located in the Philadelphia suburbs is seeking an experienced Property Accountant.
Qualified individual will handle financial statement preparation, all month end close activities, general ledger, CAM reconciliations and journal entries for a property portfolio.
​Qualifications:
Current/prior real estate / property accounting experience is a must.
Bachelor's Degree required.
Must have strong G/L, month end close, financial statement preparation experience.
Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
