PROJECT MANAGER - CONSTRUCTION

The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Experience reviewing construction project estimates & managing project budgets/ schedules.
- Reviewing and preparing project proposals.
- Preparing change order requests.
- Schedule & coordinate sub-contractors.
- Order delivery of materials and work with suppliers on scheduling deliveries.
- Review project cost estimates.
- Communicate regularly with clients and owner regarding project schedules, changes, etc.
