Senior Manager, SEO - Retail
We’re looking for a strategic and technically skilled Senior Manager of SEO to lead our organic search efforts and drive growth across key digital channels. This is an opportunity to shape and own a modern SEO program that leverages AI and emerging technologies in a collaborative, fast-paced retail environment.
What You’ll Do:

Lead and mentor an internal team and agency partners across technical, content, and local SEO.

Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies that boost visibility, traffic, and revenue.

Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Marketing, and Merchandising to integrate SEO best practices.

Utilize AI tools for advanced keyword research, content optimization, and market analysis.

Monitor performance and deliver actionable insights using platforms like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and SimilarWeb.

Oversee technical SEO, conduct site audits, and resolve issues affecting performance.
What You Bring:

5+ years of SEO experience in a large-scale, multi-channel retail environment.

2+ years of team leadership experience.

Expertise with modern SEO tools and strong understanding of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and tag management.

Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.

A passion for innovation and staying ahead of digital trends.
