- Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Experience managing Multifamily, mid-rise, mixed use construction projects
- 15+ years’ experience successfully managing commercial ground up construction projects
- Business Development experience in construction or related industry preferred
- Certifications in safety, OSHA training, and general continuing education
