Quality Assurance Manager
My client has multiple full time openings for a QA Manager. Ideal candidate will have experience with the following:
Duties:
- Report to the Director of QA, train, support and guide QA Analyst regarding underwriting and eligibility issues.
- Develop enhanced operational reporting, provide monthly loan review assignments within the prescribed time frames.
- Strong knowledge of Agency, USPAP and Essent guidelines and eligibility requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science or Business preferred.
- Mortgage banking experience with specific mortgage insurance industry experience desirable (10+) years’.
- Conventional mortgage underwriting and or quality assurance required.
- Strong orientation to process controls and ability to identify potential gaps in controls and related risks.
- Self-motivated, detail oriented with the ability to present difficult responses and findings in a consultative manner while preserving client relationships.
