Established consulting engineering firm seeks Senior Structural Engineer to act as Manager/Practice Leader. This position will play a key role in leading and expanding a growing Structural Engineering Department:
- 12+ years of Building Design on major projects
- Ability to build a team and mentor junior staff
- PE license and SE License
- Diverse project background - Commercial, Medical, Educational/Institutional, Water/Wastewater
- AutoCAD and REVIT design skills
- Bids and quotes
- Business development
- Handle multiple projects
- Ensure on time delivery of projects
