Job Details:
My client is a well known Union Electrical Construction firm who is involved in heavy industrial and commercial projects. Substation, power and industrial project knowledge a major plus! They are seeking a General Manager for an ongoing Power Plant project and to grow this office in Hudson Valley.
Additional duties include:
Direct and manage all aspects of projects including Estimating, Management, Engineering and Technical Services.
Act as the primary point of contact with clients, managing the client relationships, nurturing emerging business opportunities; analyzing the market, targeting, and securing future projects.
Manage construction support services, scope, schedule, safety, cost and quality.
Analyze and resolve issues that arise within project execution.
Qualifications
10+ years of electrical construction experience
Estimating Skills
Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, presentation, and analytical skills a necessity
A bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management preferred
