Internal Audit Manager, Analytics
Role:
As an Internal Audit Manager, this position will be focusing on the organization's sox program planning and performing data analytics, modeling, risk assessment, and audit execution for the organization globally. This would include managing a team of auditors and data scientists. As a part of the organization's center of excellence, this team will be creating and delivering data analytics on audit and advisory projects. The Internal Audit Manager will be a liaison and driving force in best practices, driving analytics, creating models, managing and limiting risk, identifying and establishing trends, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Audit Director to implement, establish, and maintain analytic methods to help identify risk, appropriate data centers, effective tools, testings, etc.
- Act as a Project Management leader for the organization's SOX program
- Act as a subject matter experience within the center of excellence (COE) to identifying risk, process improvements, and beneficial projects
- Work with audit to create, manage and provide advanced data analytics projects, advanced models,
- Analyze data using effective tools and data sources; identify trends, support risk calibration
- Manage a team of audit and data analytics professionals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is required. Masters or MBA is a plus
- 7+ years of progressive audit, analytics and risk experience
- This person must have a strong background in modeling, performing analytics, sourcing data, and data analytics
- Ideally, this person will have a strong background in SQL, Tableau, ACL, or similar programs
- A strong ERP background ideally in SAP, Oracle, etc.
- Prior SOX management experience is key
- Certifications are always a plus (CPA, CIA, CISA, etc.)
Compensation:

Working Situation:
This will be a Hybrid situation with 3 days in the office and 2 days work from home.
