Senior Financial Analyst
Role:
As a Senior Financial Analyst, this person will be reporting to the CFO and responsible for preparing financial analysis for management. This would include financial performance analysis, budgeting, reporting, modeling, profitability analysis, forecasting, cost reduction analysis, ad hoc analysis etc. This person will be the liaison between financial operations, accounting, and and leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Assist CFO with financial analysis focused on cost reduction, profitability, and financial performance
- Perform budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, etc.
- Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
- Perform Modeling for business cases
- Support upper management with with financial projections, profitability decisioning, revenue optimization, etc.
- Act as a liaison between financial operations, accounting, and other business leaders in order to effectively influence business decisions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is required. Masters or MBA is a plus
- 4+ years of progressive financial analysis experience within the financial services industry
- Certifications are a plus
Compensation:
A competitive compensation packed will be available for this position including Base salary, Annual bonus, medical, dental, vision, 401K, vacation and sick time, paid holidays, etc.
Working Situation:
This will be a Hybrid situation with 2 days (Tuesday and Wednesday) in the office and 3 days work from home.
