Business Development Manager
Well respected and established Engineering Firm in Central, NJ is looking to hire a well groomed and professional Business Development Manager. My client does a good amount of business in the land development/site design, surveying, and construction arenas so that experience would be helpful.
Job Duties & Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree with 5+ years of business development/sales experience in a consulting environment.
- Must have strong relationships with government type projects in the Central, NJ and NYC areas
- Build market position by locating, developing, and closing new business.
- Developing relationships with government agencies.
- Develop negotiating strategies of new ventures with company strategies and operations.
- Ability to cold call a client, meet, and close new business.
- Team player with outstanding communication skills.
