Manager Security Operations
Our client located in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Team Lead for their IT SecOps team that has a strong background working in an Enterprise environment and has experience with SOC and operations. This person will report directly to the VP of Security Operations and Architecture and will be responsible for with all levels of staff to implement controls that reflect business and operational needs. This person will also be responsible for making sure that the practices are inline with regulatory requirements and risks. This will include but not be limited to assisting with the development of programs for vulnerability assessments and management, MSSP vendor management, security monitoring, security metrics and reporting incident response.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years leading security programs in a multi-platform environment
- 10+ years experience in IT Security and SecOps
- Must have a strong background in Identity Management
- Experience with Information Governance, data security, information privacy responsibility
- Understanding of SIEM
- Certified CISSP minimum
- Ability to train, mentor and delegate to team members
- Global IT experience
- Must have hands on IT Security experience
- Understanding of large scale, complicated IT environment
- Experience in the finance industry
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
