Site Accounting Manager
Role:
This large global manufacturing organization is looking to add a Site Accounting Manager to their team to help assist with one of their flagship plant locations. This individual provides day-to-day management of the accounting, month-end close, reporting, and day to day accounting transactions for the site location. This would include management and oversight of an accounts payable as well as an accounts receivable professional. This is a collaborative position interacting with other leaders at the site as well as with caproate accounting.
Responsibilities:
- Perform full cycle accounting for a manufacturing site
- Be a critical part of the monthly close process for the location
- Perform account reconciliations, assist with annual budget preparation, etc.
- Maintain site’s spending, invoices, accounts payable, accounts receivable, etc.
- Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Maintain fixed asset

Qualifications:
- Associates degree is required. Bachelor's degree is preferred
- 4+ years of prior bookkeeping, cost accounting, or plant accounting experience
- Ability to work with all types and levels of employees
