Office Manager
Our client located Cherry Hill is seeking an Office Manager for their growing company. This person will work directly with owner / principals of firm to oversee and perform office management / administrative duties including but not limited to human resource, office coordination, high-level bookkeeping / accounting, marketing and long-team planning.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Assist Principle of firm with all office management and policy administration.
2. Human Resource: Coordinate payroll, administration of office polices, collections / posting of timesheets, management of time off requests.
3. Accounting: Oversee bookkeeper with posting of payments, accounts receivables, review of monthly bank statements and monitor monthly collections
4. Maintain relationships with vendors
5. Coordinate meetings and scheduling appointments
