- Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Experience successfully managing commercial ground up, reconstruction, or renovation construction projects
- Proficiency in packaged construction management and scheduling software; Bluebeam; AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly organized and Strong leadership skills
- Person of integrity and pride in work
- Certifications in safety, OSHA training, and general continuing education
