Job Details:
Patent Prosecution Manager - A flexible, hybrid schedule is available - $115-135k
A growing, but well established law firm in Baltimore is seeking a Patent Prosecution Manager.
This position will be responsible for the overall management and development of multiple Patent Paralegals as well as oversight of work matters.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategy, guidance, and operational framework to multiple IP Paralegals.
- Manage, mentor, coach, and drive development of IP Paralegals across several offices.
- Create and implement all IP polices and procedures for the firm.
Requirements:

Minimum 10+ years experience within legal settings handling IP matters including working with the USPTO, U.S. and foreign patent rules and procedures and filings.
- 5+ years of supervisory experiences is required.
- Experience creating and implementing firm IP polices procedures is a plus.

Patent prosecution experience is a must.
