Job Details:
BIM Manager
- Strong working knowledge of Revit MEP.
- Previous experience leading a design team using Revit.
- Previous experience working on Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing design projects.
- Previous experience in training team members in the proper usage of Revit.
- Good communications skills with knowledge of design techniques and principles in creating construction documents for Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing projects.
- Ability to collaborate with others.
- Possess the ability and passion to learn new BIM tools and stay abreast of the technology as it relates to the MEP field.
- Experience with clash detection with other trades.
- Experience in generating custom families.
The successful candidate will:
- Update, create, implement, and enforce office BIM standards.
- Maintain and improve on Revit content and template files.
- Train team members.
- Set up initial projects for consistency.
- Assist teams with project updates and workflow.
- Participate in BIM/Revit kick-off meetings.
- Participate with Clients in BIM coordination meetings.
