SITE SUPERINTENDENT (HIGH-END RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION)
Liberty Personnel Services is presently working with an NYC residential construction leader who is actively seeking a Site Superintendent with 10 years of experience in high-end, custom residential renovation projects in the New York City market. Seeking someone capable of managing the site operations of multiple projects concurrently.
Job Responsibilities:
Managing subcontractors onsite
Tracking material deliveries
Working with Project Managers to develop and maintain project schedules
Complete daily logs for all projects
Answer and manage project questions and RFIs
Assign daily work for self-performed activities
Qualifications:
Experience in site management of high-end, custom residential renovation projects
Experience in trade work
Minimum (10) years industry experience
Working knowledge of RFIs / Submittals / RFPs / etc.
SALARY: $125-150K
