Project Coordinator - Construction
National Instrumentation & Controls Engineering & Construction firm seeks experienced Project Coordinator (ideally with a construction background) to assist in material purchase and project scheduling, among other documentation management duties.
Qualifications and duties:
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- Aid flow of materials
- Material tracking, shipping and receiving
- Manage records for proposals and projects
- Purchase orders
- Purchase materials, equipment; Expedite to job sites
- Submittals, estimates for purchases
- Quotations, negotiating contracts
- Maintain inventory
- Knowledge of resource scheduling, change orders, project management principles
- Examine quality of materials
- Organize inventory; facilitate returns
- Superior computer skills, able to set up and manage directories
- Microsoft office
- Fantastic client interaction skills & work ethic
