MAINTENANCE MANAGER (Plant/heavy industrial experience)
My client is looking for a talented Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance related operations and activities within the plant.
NEEDED!
- Excellent leadership skills while prioritizing safety and managing budgets in an effective way.
- MUST COME FROM a heavy industrial background (Power, Nuclear, Chemical, Oil & Gas)
- 5+ years of relevant maintenance experience
- Experience developing long term maintenance plans
- Well versed on electrical and instrumentation, NEC, etc.
- Familiar with RCFA & FMEA, Lean manufacturing techniques, & 5S
- Ability to plan and lead plant outages.
- Experience with steam turbines and boilers is required for this role.
This role comes with a 16% bonus potential as well as Stock Options
