Telecom Manager (Cisco, voice)
Our client is seeking a Telecom Manager (Cisco, voice) for a full-time, permanent position out of their Ardmore, PA office on a Hybrid Schedule. Responsible for the design and delivery of the Voice network be leading Engineers, Field techs, contractors, etc.
Qualifications
- Strong background in VoIP
- Enterprise level knowledge
- PBX and Contact Center experience
- Office 365 platform experience
- Hands on experience delivering 5 x 9s services
- Has worked in a leadership role
- Bachelor Degree in IT or similar field
