Maintenance Manager—Facilities
Manufacturing company seeking experienced and hands-on maintenance professional for management level role! Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and create direction for oneself and the maintenance team.
- Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing equipment, delegate repair responsibilities, or determine when outside resources are needed
- Maintain and repair electrical systems and equipment
- Survey, address and repair/maintain good working conditions of facilities to align with health and safety guidelines
- Ability to manage small projects, and 5-10 mechanics and contractors as needed
- Assist in budget preparation and ensure adherence
- Maintain heating and plumbing systems as needed
