Infrastructure Manager (Cisco, voice)
Our client is seeking an Infrastructure Manager (Cisco, voice) for a full-time, permanent position out of their Pittsburgh, PA office on a Hybrid Schedule. Responsible for the Data Infrastructure and overseeing daily operations and upholding the Network's infrastructure. .
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Network Engineer
- PBX and Contact Center experience
- Previous knowledge/experience with upholding the quality of Data
- Cisco certifications are a plus (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, etc)
- 4 year degree in IT obtained is helpful
- In charge of the Hybrid Network (On Prem and Cloud)
- Experience collaborating with other teams such as Development
