Desktop Support Specialist
My client has a full time opening for Desktop Support Specialist to join their talented technical team. The ideal candidate will have experience with the following:
- Work with end users to troubleshoot, and resolve their technical issues
- Resolution of assigned helpdesk tickets
- Ability to prioritize technical support incidents
- Experience in a windows environment
- Experience with imaging PC’s with SCCM is preferred
- General knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and DNS is preferred
- Proven experience resolving desktop and laptop hardware issues
You must have great interpersonal skills and a passion for technology to qualify.
