Desktop Support Specialist

My client has a full time opening for Desktop Support Specialist to join their talented technical team.  The ideal candidate will have experience with the following:

  • Work with end users to troubleshoot, and resolve their technical issues
  • Resolution of assigned helpdesk tickets
  • Ability to prioritize technical support incidents
  • Experience in a windows environment
  • Experience with imaging PC’s with SCCM is preferred
  • General knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP and DNS is preferred
  • Proven experience resolving desktop and laptop hardware issues

You must have great interpersonal skills and a passion for technology to qualify.
