Project Architect/Project Manager
Well respected Architecture & Engineering Firm on Long Island is looking for a right-hand person to the Department Manager to run projects and oversee staff. Opportunity for partnership!
Job Duties & Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Architecture Degree
- Registered in NY preferred.
- 10-25+ years of experience as an Architect.
- Ability to oversee a staff of 5 people.
- Run multiple projects at a time.
- Proficient with AutoCAD.
- Review production drawings and specifications
- Project experience preferred-commercial, interior fit-outs, industrial, municipal, multi-family, and residential.
- Knowledge of building materials and construction methods and codes and regulations.
- Team player with good communication skills.
