Director of Training & Development - Legal/law firm industry experience is required! $150-200k
Excellent law firm in the Wilmington area is seeking a Legal Director of Training and Development to join the firm!. You will also lead all campus recruiting, summer, as well as lateral/associate hiring as well.
You will lead the firmwide long-term professional development strategy including implementing and maintaining training programs for all firm members and supporting
attorney evaluation processes.
A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is highly preferred. Equivalent training and experience may substitute for education.
A minimum of 5-7 years of legal training, development and recruitment experience within a law firm, law school, legal recruitment agency or similar professional services organization is required.
