- Bachelors Degree or higher: Science or Engineering
- 8+ years in QA/QC Management roles for food or food related product manufacturing environments w/ HACCP food safety training
- Must have strong data and statistical analysis capabilities/experience: SPC, 7 basic quality tools, DOE, 8D, FMEA, Gauge R&R, DMAIC, hypothesis testing
- Ability to directly manage Quality Engineers and QA Technicians
- Leading and implementing preventative and corrective action plans; leading and implementing continuous improvement efforts
- Training personnel in necessary data collection measurement and inspections
- Develop and execute quality and food safety programs, systems and audit requirements
