HVAC Service Manager - Service Supervisor

Responsibilities
- Identify, organize and coordinate all Service Department workload(s), including supporting dispatching to schedule and prioritize manpower and materials as required to meet committed completion schedules and profitability of work performed based on the capabilities of available technicians
- Develop and implement measures to increase sales volume of the Service Department including promotion and sales of HVAC/R services to customer facilities and service repairs.
- Prior background working in the filed preferred.
