Value Stream Specialist
- Bachelors Degree required; Engineering or Business preferred
- Must have impeccable strength in Lean concepts and applications; ability to lead Kaizen events, develop and implement continuous improvement efforts/systems
- Possess ability to coordinate and drive team projects across various departments
- Manufacturing environment experience an absolute MUST HAVE
- Set and execute goals and metrics in manufacturing and production
- Leading day-to-day production efforts inside of designated value stream maps
- Manage resources for budgets; manage accurate inventory and build schedules
- Responsibility for employee development via performance reviews, mentoring, training, identification of talent for growth
