Job Details:
A growing Center City law firm has an immediate need for a Paralegal to join their growing Corporate practice group. Prior experience supporting in corporate law is a must. A hybrid work schedule is available! $75,000-100,000
Qualified candidate will have similar experience to the following:

A minimum of 3-5+ years of law firm experience, preferably as a Corporate Paralegal.

Experience preparing documents for transactions such as closing statements, UCC searches and filings in the tri state area
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills required

College degree and/or a paralegal certificate
