Our client is seeking a Help Desk Support candidate:
Qualifications:
- Ticketing systems or endpoint device management experience needed
- Troubleshooting Mobile Devices, Laptops and Desktops
- Level 1/Level 2 Helpdesk support
- Any Healthcare or Retail experience is a plus
- VoIP, VPN, Azure AD a plus
- Office 365 Administration
- Firewalls, Routers, Switches experience is a plus
