Senior Account Specialist
Role:
As a Senior Account Specialist, you'll be managing large accounts from a customer services, collections and accounting standpoint. This person will be working with large fortune 1000 clientele on their complex equipment leases across multiple states, multiple locations, and multiple terms. This is a great position for the white glove customer service representative that has some accounting and collections experience. This is a highly visible role that interacts with high level customers as well as has exposure to high level management internally.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Manager to manage the organizations top tier clientele
- Act as a single point of contact for Fortune 1000 organization to answer questions, inquiries, issues, etc.
- Respond to customer with resolutions to problems and / or issues
- Handle several hundred accounts at once
- Work with point of contact to collect past due payments
- Reconcile accounts and payments
- Analyze contract for complex issues
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree is required. Bachelor's degree is highly preferred
- 3+ years of prior customer services, collections and accounting experience within a large high volume environment
- A strong Excel skill set is required. SalesForce is a huge plus as well
- Ability to work independently or within a team
- Ability to work with outside vendors and professionals at all levels
- Ability to mentor staff
Working Conditions:
This is a hybrid working situation with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
