Leave of Absence Specialist - Flexible hybrid schedule - Temp to perm
$60-80k upon conversion
Growing Philadelphia law firm is seeking an experienced HR professional with proven Leave of Absence experience to be the point person for all LOA matters for the company. A flexible/hybrid work schedule is available.
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate the support for all leave of absence cases and workers’ compensation claims.
- Effectively coordinate all cases/claims to include general administration, comprehensive case management and program compliance with the Family and Medical Leave Act and all related employment laws.
- Performs exemplary customer service and assistance to associates, executives and HR business partners.
Requirements:
- Current HRIS experience is required. (Workday experience is preferred)
- Strong knowledge of California, New York, and Washington DC leave law.
