Job Duties & Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Architecture Degree
- Proficient with Revit.
- Experience working on construction documents, schematic designs, and design developments.
- Registered Architect licensure is required
- Ability to handle all aspects of project design and construction
- Experience with Project Management, Staff oversight, business development and client interaction
- Commercial, Institutional or Healthcare design experience.
- Knowledge of building materials and construction methods and codes and regulations.
- Team player with good communication skills.
