Facilities maintenance mechanic
Our Facilities mechanic is responsible for maintaining the physical functionality of facility including plant manufacturing facility, public space and heart-of-the-house areas in accordance with established standards,
Responsible to maintain the function and reliability of building utilities including HVAC, steam, condensate, compressed air, process water, potable water, process sewer, sanitary sewer, CIP system, and waste water treatment systems. In addition, maintain building infrastructure including roofs, walls and floors along with grounds maintenance.
What will I be doing?
As Maintenance Mechanic you are responsible for maintaining :
- Equipment preventative maintenance tasks
- Participation in bigger repair projects
- Performing a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electric, painting, HVAC and masonry.
- Inspecting guestrooms, public space and heart-of-the-house for needed and preventive maintenance.
- Recording and reporting completed repairs and items that need further attention or that require placing a room 'out of order.
