Corporate Development Analyst - Professional Services - REMOTE
Role:
You will oversee all of the transactional and finance deals and work on technology initiatives.
Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Transactional and finance deal drafting
- Oversee the Corporate deal reporting process globally
- Research and update deal profiles proactively
- M&A
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- 5+ years of corporate experience
- General understanding of M&A, Private Equity and Financial markets and terms
