Our Client is seeking an experienced Construction APM to support the Project Manager(s) and executes the project specific work required to bid, set-up, perform and close-out projects.. Qualified Candidates should have:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Experience successfully managing commercial ground up, reconstruction, or renovation construction projects
- Proficiency with computers; Microsoft office (Word, Excel; Outlook); knowledge of Microsoft Project and Procore is preferred and Sage 300 is a plus.
- Highly organized and Strong leadership skills
- Person of integrity and pride in work
- Certifications in safety, OSHA training, and general continuing education
