Java Development Lead
My client has a full time remote opening for a Java Development Lead. This role is open due to continued company growth. They are ideally seeking a candidate that is hands on and who can oversee a team as it is develops and grows. Role will involve the following:
- Building highly scalable, performing, and secure platform
- Assist with developing and nurturing a culture of quality, ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Lead software architecture, design, and code reviews with cross-functional teams
- Work closely with senior engineers to develop the best technical design and approach for new product development
- Engage in mentoring and guiding the professional and technical development of more experienced engineers
- Software Delivery: this is a hands-on management position and you will be expected to be lead the teams to design and deliver software components, with the skills needed to understand and lead the design of the software
- Experience in building RESTful Microservices using Java Spring Boot application
- Cloud experience: AWS
