Human Resources Manager – Labor Relations

Liberty Personnel is working with a global industrial client who are adding a Manager to their Human Resources team to focus on labor relations, union negotiations, and arbitration management.
Required Experience / Background :
- 5+ years experience managing union negotiations and managing the grievance and arbitration process
- Drafting of memos regarding labor agreements
- Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local employment regulations
- Experience with conflict resolution, reaching amicable outcomes
- Effective communications skills with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Support employee training
- Experience in a decentralized and geographically wide reaching organization
- BS/BA, in HR Management, Labor Relations, or related field
- Masters Degree and HR certification preferred
- Willingness to travel to site locations, up to 20%
