BAS Project Manager

**Qualifications:**
- At least 3+ years of experience in managing Building Automation Systems projects.
- Minimum of 5+ years in BAS experience.
- Expertise with Automated Logic Controls, Tridium Niagara, and Distech Controls preferred.
- Strong analytical and leadership abilities.
- Excellent time management skills, with a capacity to handle multiple client relationships efficiently.
- Hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical, building automation/controls, boilers, air conditioning, and/or chillers.
- 3 to 5 years in energy management, building commissioning, and/or systems diagnostics/ troubleshooting.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage BAS projects and spearhead the growth of the controls department.
- Report directly to the Director of Building Automation Systems.
- Lead project teams to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
- Resolve project escalations promptly.
- Oversee sales and estimation of BAS construction jobs and change orders.
- Coordinate with other divisions and schedule work effectively.
- Engage in sales to prospective clients and manage project materials and manpower.
- Estimate costs of BAS projects and ensure project completion from conceptualization to implementation.
- Actively participate in industry-related organizations.
