SITE SUPERINTENDENT
Long Island-based firm seeking a Site Superintendent well-versed in multi-family, wood frame construction.
Job Description
The Site Superintendent will work closely with the construction management team to:
Hold weekly meetings to go over project status
Oversee the construction site and day to day activities
Review and Prepare all project logs with Project Management team
Control project time line and ensure subcontractors stay on task
Prepare Scope of Work and budget with Project Management team
Ability to work unsupervised
Ability to travel to and from multiple work sites
The Successful Applicant Possesses:
5-10+ years of multi-family residential construction experience with a detailed project list
Proven knowledge working on wood frame projects
Able to read and understand architectural and MEP specs
Ability to make confident decisions quickly
College degree in relevant construction field
