Site Manager/Lead Carpenter (High-End Residential)
New York City general contractor/construction manager specializing in high-end residential renovations is seeking an individual with strong work ethic to manage its day to day field work. This individual should have a strong commitment to client/customer relations and management, and the ability to work with all types and levels of people. Will need to manage all aspects of field production relating to construction, while ensuing efficient completion of project and use of material. Maintaining jobsite safety and communication with company owner and homeowner. Will also oversee subcontractor’s scope of work to ensure quality of workmanship, cleanliness and completion.
The Ideal candidate must possess general construction knowledge and have previous management experience. Candidate will be involved in all the phases of job site construction.

All aspects of general/finish carpentry, installing high-end finishes, cabinetry, trim work, crown molding, and doors.
